2024-25 NFL playoff bracket: AFC, NFC seeding

The seven teams from each conference will be competing in the 2024-25 NFL playoff format. Four division champions are seeded 1 through 4 and the other three winning teams are selected from their overall records and seeded 5 through 7.

The AFC and the NFC conference No. 1 seed have received a bye-week home-field advantage in the divisional game. The 12 teams will make wild card playoff games, and winners move to the divisional playoff round and then the conference championship game. Two conference champion teams will meet each other in the Super Bowl 2025 Game.

When is the 2024-25 NFL playoff start?

The 2024-25 NFL playoffs first round will take place on Saturday, Jan 11, 2024. The wild card matchup is scheduled for seed No. 5 vs. No. 4, No. 6 vs. No. 3, and No. 7 vs. No. 2 in each conference.

Where is the 2025 Super Bowl?

The Super Bowl 2025 edition will be held in Caesars Superdome Stadium in Louisiana. The pre-game will kick off at 5:30 p.m. ET Live on FOX.
